The Emergency Contact Sheets are now on the website for your convenience. If you have not completed the sheets please print them out below, fill them out (please check both sides) and email them back to me:  Membership@ChicagolandNorthCorvetteClub.com.

You MUST have these forms turned in before going on any of the road trips this year. Don't miss out on any of our upcoming events and destination trips.
